I think my love of herbal tea started when we lived in Minnesota. It is so cold in the winter and I needed something warm. Hot chocolate and hot apple cider have way too many calories and I am not a coffee drinker. Herbal tea just became my hot drink of choice. If I have a hot bath to soak in while drinking it, even better. Lately, Idaho seems just as cold as Minnesota. Brrrr.

A great start and finish to any day
I think my love of herbal tea started when we lived in Minnesota. It is so cold in the winter and I needed something warm. Hot chocolate and hot apple cider have way too many calories and I am not a coffee drinker. Herbal tea just became my hot drink of choice.
