Another Prayer Answered!

Yup! Be careful what you pray for because when you ask for something that God wants you to have, and you really want it too, sometimes it can come a little faster than what you expect. My Scentsy buisness has been slow going since moving here. In October, when I was thinking about going back to school, I started thinking about how I would fund my VERY expensive education. I prayed that if I was going to make it work, my little Scentsy buisness was all I had left that could bring in more income. Well, since the end of October I have done at least a dozen vendor and craft shows, and have booked quite a few parties. Now, I'm having to turn parties down because I don't have time to do them all with Christmas, the girls birthdays coming up, and school starting soon. Now, I need to pray for a downline. I haven't made much financially yet, I owe back to our savings still, but I have a LOT of contacts for the coming year. Scentsy (the company) is just exploding, and with all the gift-giving, they have sold out of 21 of their 45 styles of warmers until after January. On one hand it has been a bit frustrating, but on the other, it shows that people are falling for the products big time!

Yes, it's true that God knows our needs better than we do. Your downline will come...maybe you could ask your most loyal local customer to help you host a few parties since you don't have time to do it all yourself...that might get your customer excited that you have work to 'pass' her way. I am having to interview for new daycare kids this weekend. Conrad and Mikaylah are moving about an hour away so as of January I won't have them anymore. I have two families scheduled, so like you I need to pray for what I need, not necessarily what I want. Faith Faith and more Faith...got any mustard seeds?

Congratulations! I'm always inspired by these kind of success stories. Faith and works, works, works makes for great things!
