How do I do it all?

I made the mistake of making 4 dentist appointments the first Monday after school started. They were supposed to be for the kids and myself. I set up my carpool so that I would drive in the morning and pick up my own children early, before school was out. The gal I carpool with would pick up her children at the regular time. Monday morning, when I picked up Cindy's children, her daughter ("C") says, "My mom will be picking us up today after school." I said, "Oh, are you going somewhere?" C says, "Well, I'm not sure, my mom just said she was picking us up". "O.K.", I said. That afternoon, I went to pick up my children and here come Cindy's children as well. "I thought your mom was picking you up." C says, "I thought she was too. I don't know what happened." I told here I would call her mom to find out what was going on. As I am calling Cindy from our one way in, one way out parking lot, I pass her. I swung around on the first street just outside of the parking lot as she answered her cell. "Hey Cindy, what's going on? C said you were picking them up this afternoon and I just passed you. Is everyting okay?" Cindy then says, "Angela, I was picking up the kids because you said you had dentist appointments." "OH CRAP!! DENTIST APPOINTMENTS!! FOUR DENTIST APPOINTMENTS THAT STARTED AN HOUR AGO!" I called the dentist real quick and promised NEVER to forget again. This was our first visit (well, it would have been) and I'm sure I didn't make a very good first impression. OOOOOPS! I can safely say it is not a good idea to schedule dentist appointments during the first week of school. I have a great planner, and I use it -ALWAYS. Usually we will go over the planner on Monday evening, just to make sure we have everything covered. I'm not always so good at looking at my planner every morning though. I just think I can remember everything that is going on. Well, something happened at the start of the new school year that has changed, and I have a hard time keeping it all straight. It's called high school band. (notice what time Makenah was out till) After the dentist incident, I went out and bought a HUGE white board for the kitchen. Now, every evening before I go to bed, right before we lock the doors and turn out the lights, I plan my "tomorrow". So far, it is working out great. The kids have even stopped asking what is for dinner because it is on the board.

We've got a chore calendar and a weekly dinner wipeboard on the fridge. Really comes in handy with like ten people under one roof. :)

I wouldn't do ANYTHING with 4. Is there one missing?? I'm preety sure I only had 3 come out of there :). You can still call me Supermom though if you wish. I'm not sure if I have enough to qualify me for that title though.
