In preparation for the event, every week these kids spent 2 to 3 lunch recesses learning Idaho history. They all arrived at the Bee with butterflies in their stomachs and information ooozing from their brains. They were fun to watch, their nerves running amuck, as were mine. After months of practice, they did amazing. There were 14 schools in the district participating in the Idaho History Bee. A few hours, and 44 questions later, the end had finally come. Our school placed 5th!! Even though our little group did not place for a trophy, they did an amazing job and it was a very interesting event to watch. Congratulations for giving it your all!!
